MMA coming up this week
Okay so there's another bout of MMA coming up at the weekend guys.. like mentioned Dave, Mark and Myself are all fighting on the FightZone show at the Roker Hotel in Sunderland. If you want to come along make sure you see Dave ASAP for tickets.
