New blue belt
Following his dominating performance at Total Combat 28 at the weekend, which was awesome.. Mark was awarded his blue belt last night by Dave in class... The first belt given out by the new black belt! Congratulations man, we will get a blue belt pic tonight.

These guys have 24/7 call-in service and they installed AND delivered my custom [url=http://www.milesgershon.com][b] Plasma TV Lift [/b][/url]all for Free!!! I just bought from them, and I've never had a more seamless internet buy -they ACTUALLY called me to confirm the order and talk about delivery time… unreal!

I wanted to share with you a wonderful site I just came across teaching [url=http://www.kravmagabootcamp.com][b]Krav Maga[/b][/url] like they teach it in the Israeli Army (IDF) If you guys have seen the Discovery Channel TV Show called Fight Quest you would have seen their chief instructor Ran Nakash there featured on their [url=http://www.kravmagabootcamp.com][b]Krav Maga[/b][/url] episode. Anyways, let me know what you think. Is training via the internet something you would do?
