Training this week
Hope everyone had a good christmas and will have a good new year ;)
This week Mon/Wed/Thur/Fri there is no training on, Elswick is still closed... Saturday will be open at Wallsend and then normal service will resume the following Monday 5th Jan (woohoo!)

Alright Decca, long time no speak... yeah it's 5th Jan fella. Class starts at 6.30pm but people normally start turning up about 5.30 - 6
Alright Neil? I know its been a while mate.....i had this crazy rotator cuff injury that has took some time and money to repair!
Cant wait to get back rolling!

Ah man rotator cuff injuries suck! - Mine is slightly injured but not bad...
