Jiu Jitsu in MMA!
Stole this from a post by Olli Geddes on the EFN forums, its a video of a fight from HDNets, trust me if your a fan of jiu jitsu and MMA you will love this, it has armbars(flying and normal), triangles, footlocks, heelhooks, guillotenes, RNC's and more ALL in ONE round lol. Great watching!

1st anon - yeah Nakamura won it unanimous decision 2nd round (must have only been a 2 round fight)
Ah, it's the M-1 challenge so yeah its a 2x 5 min round fight!
