Tonights spar class
Well Wednesday night we had an excellent spar class, going in three's and taking 3 minutes each to spar then rotate for an hour and a half non stop. Good fun to spar like that again and even better for the guys who miss Thursday and Saturday spar classes!
Also the memberships cards are ready and the first few guys have theirs, those who haven't brought in your passport photos bring them in and give them to Dave so you can get the card once you have paid.
Don't forget tonights spar class at Wallsend doesn't start until 6.30pm tonight as the room is booked out til then.
