Every Sunday there will be a kickboxing class in the pavilion from 10:30 until 1:00.

Stopped limping now so should be okay to train properly from now on though...

I think the pavilion is the little building up the path past the pool at elwick, where we were training over christmas and new year when the pool was shut.
There was a mis-spelling in the original post!
Sorry about the spelling couldent spell it.
