How did Lisa do vs the Black Belt?
I did okay, she couldn't get past my guard for the first thee minutes, I went for a kimura and a guillotene, but then she trapped my arm and went for a kimura tried to get it three times but I defended but then she got my back for a rnc after about five minutes. It was a good roll though.

I particulary like the angle of my leg and knee at 42 seconds of part 2. Now I realise why it hurts so much :-)

I love it how you all managed to get under a spotlight too. And that everytime I hit him or changed positioh you can hear Ian going "Yeah! Yeah! Yeah!"
