Was so good to be back training last night after a week off, especially back in the old room.
I wont be down Wednesday as my mam as coming to visit for my birthday, so see every one on Wednesday, I'll make sure I bring my mouth piece so you can bash me to celeberate it :)

Aye James have a good birthday mate! Was great to be back in Elswick pool.. Thoroughly enjoyed Ian's crossfit too..
